Pasco Square is located on busy State Road 54 in New Port Richey, Florida, approximately 30 miles north of Tampa. This is a legacy Vanguard project, purchased in 2001 as an 87,000 square foot vacant Wal-Mart building, and leased entirely to Bealls Department Store. In 2007, Bealls expanded the building by 20,000 square feet, to its present size of 107,000 square feet. The remainder of Pasco Square has Bealls Outlet, Dollar General Market, Dollar Tree and Badcock Furniture as notable tenants. Other area tenants include Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Target, Publix, Ross, Marshalls, and Petsmart.
Lennar, a national homebuilder, has developed a 100+ acre parcel across from Pasco Square into a subdivision named Copperspring, which includes a small amount of mixed-use space. The development adds several hundred new homes directly across from this project and further cements this as a key piece in a vibrant market.
