The building, which is approximately 5,900 square feet and sits on approximately one acre of land with on-site parking, was substantially renovated/expanded in conjunction with the opening of Pure in 2014. Hugely favorable market factors are in place. The redevelopment of the shopping center at the corner of Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb Bridge, with Ross, Marshall’s, and Crunch Fitness should be a huge boost to the stretch immediately south of the site, towards the Pure building. Population in the immediate area will almost assuredly continue to climb as there is significant demand for residences within walking distance of the core downtown Roswell area. Property values across the board have been going up significantly for the past several years, and this trend does not appear likely to reverse for the foreseeable future.
