Desoto Square is another legacy Vanguard property, purchased as a vacant Wal-Mart building and redeveloped in 2000/01. This 57,000 square foot property is located on busy Highway 27 in Sebring, Florida, approximately 75 miles south of Orlando.  Sebring is a vibrant market that has experienced solid growth in recent years, primarily due to its attractiveness as an affordable retirement area.
