The property, located on South Main Street in Swainsboro, Georgia, has since been redeveloped to house Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Cititrends, and is 100% leased. Swainsboro is in Emanuel County in east-central Georgia off of Interstate 16.  Other area retailers include Wal-Mart Supercenter, Hibbett Sports, Harvey’s Supermarket, and It’s Fashion Metro.
