The Center consists of approximately 116,965 square feet GLA situated on 11.38 acres on busy US Highway 41. Bakersmith Commons tenant roster includes Winn Dixie, Bealls Outlet, Planet Fitness, and Waffle House on an owned outparcel. Other retails in the surrounding area include Walmart, Publix, Ashley HomeStore, Harbor Freight Tools, and Boot Barn. The property is located in immediate proximity to both Valdosta State University and downtown Valdosta and is an infill location with very limited prospects for future competitive developments.
Located seventy-three miles northeast of Tallahassee, Florida, the city of Valdosta has a population of over 56,000, and Lowndes County has a population of over 100,000, with both showing strong population growth trends.
