Located in Homosassa, Florida, a beautiful area of Citrus County, Homosassa Regional Shopping Center sits on US Highway 19 and is approximately fifty miles north of Tampa. Vanguard’s portion of Homosassa Regional is 75,009 square feet and includes Tractor Supply Company, DollarTree, Farmers Home Furniture, and Florida Sheriffs Ranch Thrift Store.  In addition, Vanguard was able to create a small-footprint outparcel along Highway 19 and entered into a long-term Ground Lease with Twistee Treat, a walk-up/drive-thru chain featuring ice cream, hot dogs and related items.  The center is located adjacent to a recently-renovated Winn Dixie, along with shops and a McDonald’s outparcel. Other retailers in the immediate vicinity include Dollar General, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, and Auto Zone. Strategically positioned at the intersection of Highway 19 and Homosassa Trail, the project boasts traffic counts of approximately 24,000 vehicles per day and the immediate area is experiencing significant new development.  Additionally,  the plaza is within 3 miles of a new interchange on the extension of the Suncoast Parkway (Grover Cleveland) which runs all the way into downtown Tampa.
