A Vanguard-sponsored entity purchased the Pure Taqueria building in Roswell, Georgia in 2018. Pure Taqueria is an established, multi-unit brand with a seasoned, successful ownership and management team. In conjunction with the acquisition, Pure signed a long-term lease for the building.
The building, which is approximately 5,900 square feet and sits on approximately one acre of land with on-site parking, was substantially renovated/expanded in conjunction with the opening of Pure in 2014.
Other retails in the immediate area include Ross, Marshall’s, and Crunch Fitness. With the increased retail and restaurants in the core downtown Roswell area, the demand for walkable residences in the area has increased resulting in the population growth steadily trending upward.
