A Vanguard-sponsored entity purchased this asset in 2018. Taqueria Tsunami is an established, multi-unit brand with a seasoned, successful ownership and management team. The building, which is approximately 4,400 square feet and sits on slightly less than one acre of land with on-site parking, was substantially renovated/expanded in conjunction with the opening of Taqueria Tsunami in 2018. Taqueria Tsunami signed a long-term lease for the building.
