White Oaks Plaza

White Oaks Plaza, one of Vanguard’s most recent acquisitions (April 2019), is located in western North Carolina in the Spindale/Forest City area. The center is a long-established community shopping center located in the main retail hub of the market. Located on Highway 74 Bypass, the project consists of 183,040 square feet situated on 26.3 acres. Rutherford County, where White Oaks is located, has a population of approximately 67,000, and is situated less than 75 miles from both Asheville and Charlotte, North Carolina as well as Greenville, South Carolina. The main tenants in White Oaks Plaza are Tractor Supply Company, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Workout Anytime, and Transit Furniture.  Other area retailers include Walmart Supercenter, Aldi, Ingles, Belk, and Roses.
